TERMS OF BUSINESS AND POLICIES
- PAYMENT
- By irrevocable L/C at sight advising to The Sanwa Bank Limited, Hamamatsu Branch or advance wire transfer.
- PRICES
- Ready to quote a price depending on your request for FOB/C&F/CIF.
Further details must be reffered to our price list.
- SHIPMENT
- Normally by ocean vessel, but air shipment available on request subject to freight collect basis or actual freight charge payable by letter of credit.
- DELIVERY
- Usually 45-180 days required after receipt of an L/C, expected ship date will be notified and shown by item in our sales confirmation note.
- QUANTITY
- May require minimum quantity to meet with production arrangement will advice you in advance if required.
- RETURNS
- No returns will be accepted without our written authorization on goods.
- ORDER CANCELLATION
- Any order cancellation will not be accepted without our written approval.
- WARRANTY
- If any defects found in material or workmanship under normal use and service, they are replace to good ones at free of charge.
It does not include labor claim of any type.
- MINIMUM ORDER
- For economical shipments and/or our sales policy, we may require minimum order amount when necessary.
- LIMITED WARRANTY
- Good supplied by DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL TRADING CORP. are warranted only to the extent of the products which should be replaced for defects found in materials or workmanship, therefore we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- REMARKS
- RPLS numbers denote Harley Davidson replacements and H.D. number reference.
